The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, or other similar venue and rules if no longer applicable. The arbitration hearings will take place in a mutually agreed venue or virtually. Notwithstanding any other provision in these terms to the contrary, either party will at all times be entitled to seek and obtain injunctive relief from infringement or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights, or misappropriation of its trade secrets, in any court having jurisdiction. Each party agrees that notice of arbitration may be serviced by written notice.
In the event that any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that comes close to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.
Youxia Crypto and those that post on Youxia Crypto’s behalf could be a client or investor in Youxia Crypto products or services, and this incentivizes them to speak positively about the firm.

Youxia Crypto’s social media accounts represent the opinions of Youxia Crypto as a firm and certain Youxia Crypto team members maintain social media accounts that represent the opinions of individual analysts or other Youxia Crypto team members.
